Instructions
Step 1
Directions: add all ingredients in a ziploc and marinate for 30 minutes. Spices in 1/2 tsp's
salt
cumin
garlic powder
olive oil1 Tbsp
Lime juice
Salmon filets3
paprika
pepper
chili powder
Step 2
Cook in pan 3 to 5 minutes each side.
Step 3
Dressing: add to blender/or hand blender cup: ½ to 1 ½ jalapenos seeded and rinsed, a handful or so of cilantro 3-4 tomatillos, peeled and quartered, 1 cup yogurt, juice of 1 squeezed lime, 1 tsp garlic, s and p to taste. Can add a dash of the previous spices to taste
Step 4
Add all ingredients to serving bowls.

Top with cooked salmon and drizzle with dressing.
