Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Dice the onions.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onions and seasoning. Fry for about 3min until they start turning slightly brown.

Add 2 tbsp of water and stir. Fry for another minute. Repeat this step 2-3 times until the onions become golden brown.
Burger patty
Step 5
Form the meat into 2 balls. The balls then press flat with your hand and shape. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the meat.
Step 7
Spread each burger patty with 1 tsp of mustard. Fry it for 2min and then flip it. Place a slice of cheese on top and let it melt for about 2min.

Toast the brioche bun in the same pan in which you fried the meat.
Step 9
Meanwhile slice the tomato and pickle.
Step 10
Spread both halves of the brioche bun with the sauce.
Step 11
Top the bottom half with the salad, tomatoes, the first burger patty, onions, the second burger patty and the pickles.
Step 12
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
