Step 1
For salmon, heat olive oil in pan and cook fish, face down (skin up) until browned and flaking. Flip over and add marinade. Cover and simmer in marinade another 5 minutes or until fish is cooked all the way through.
Step 2
For flank steak, take a fork and punch holes all around the steak. Put marinade in large Ziploc bag and add flank steak. Make sure to get all the air out of the bag before putting it in the fridge. Let marinate for 2-3 days, turning a couple times a day.
