1 CupChocolate chip
1/4 cup for top

Step 1
- Preheat oven to 325°
Step 2
- Combine dry ingredients
Step 3
- Combine wet ingredients
Step 4
- Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet
Step 5
- Add in 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Step 6
- Pour into buttered pan
Step 7
- Top with remaining oats & chocolate
Step 8
- Bake for 60-70 min until done
