Instructions

Step 1
Place everything in a food processor or blender. Pulse until you get the consistency you like. Go light on the salt. Depending on the saltiness of your chips you may want to add less or more.
Step 2
Chill over night, taste test for salt.
Step 3
If you want a larger batch, I like to add an extra can of rotel.
