Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onions, carrots, celery , garlic and jalapeños . Wash the quinoa.
Step 2
Switch on the instant pot in sauté mode and add oil

Once the oil heats up add the cumin powder. Sauté for 30 second
Step 4
Add the onions, carrots, celery, garlic jalapeños and give it a mix. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add the taco seasoning and give it a mix
Step 5
Add the beans, tomatoes, corn, tomato paste and quinoa
Step 6
Add water and salt and give it a mix
Step 7
Switch off the sauté mode and put the lid on the instant pot
Step 8
Put on sealing and pressure cook for 12 minutes.
Step 9
No pressure release after done.
Step 10
Serve with corn tortillas chips and salsa
