Instructions
Step 1
Defrost and peel shrimp. Place in bowl with fresh squeezed lime juice. Let soak for 30min to 1 hour.
Step 2
Chop cucumber and red onion. Place into final serving dish.
Step 3
Blend tomatillo, salt, cilantro, lemon juice, and chiles.
Step 4
Add shrimp and lime juice, and blended vegetables to final serving dish.
Step 5
Serve with tortilla chips or tostada's.
