Instructions
Step 1
Blend in food processor for 4-5 mins or blend wet ingredients together and then knead with dry ingredients for 10 mins
Step 2
Roll into a sausage, twist and make a knot
Step 3
Cook Seitan for 45- 50 mins
Step 4
Let it cool (refrigerate)
Step 5
Tear into chunks. You can marinate or fry it
