Instructions
Step 1
Peel the aubergine. Then slice them all in to sheets. Soak in salty water.
Step 2
Mix the beed with the spices, onion and 1 tomato.
Step 3
Drain the aubergine, oil both sides with a brush and place on a oven tray (you can stack them) . Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 200 degrees.
Step 4
Grate 4 tomatoes and mix it with the tomato paste, the oil, grated garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 5
In a baking pan, pour some of the tomato sauce at the bottom. Make a strip with 3 slices of aubergine. Place the meat mixture alond the strip and roll. Place in a baking pan. Do this for all. Pour rest of the sauce all over. Bake at 200 C for 40 min.
