gai lan, stalks chopped, leaves shredded

peeled and chopped

2 tablespoonstom yum paste

Instructions
Step 1
Set a wok over a high heat for a few minutes - you want this sucker to be HOT before you start cooking. Add the oil and swirl it around, then drop in the beans, mushrooms, broccoli stalks, pineapple, corn and onion and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until they begin to colour slightly.







Step 2
Add the tom yum paste and stir to coat the vegetables and pineapple, then throw in the cold rice.


Step 3
Quickly toss to mix everything together, then add the remaining ingredients and give it one final toss before serving.
