Instructions

Step 1
Boil the chicken in water with half the onion, lots of salt, and some garlic powder or chicken knorr. (If you’re using knorr put less regular salt)
Step 2
Once the chicken is done or almost done bring out of pot and put in an heated, oiled skillet until brown. (If your shredding you chicken, do that now instead of browning)
Step 3
While the chicken is browning make the salsa.
Step 4
In a blender add the other half the onion, 3 garlic cloves, spices, 2-3 tbsp of crema and 2-4 chipotle peppers depending on how spicy you want it. Blend with about a cup of the the water you boiled the chicken in and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Once the chicken in browned or shredded, pour in the salsa. Once it comes to a boil, it’s done.
