8 ozDry Egg noodle
package, or Fresh egg noodle
2 Slicecarrots
0.25 sliceyellow onion
3 cupscabbage
comes out of 1/4 big cabbage
3garlic Cloves
Dice
1 bunchGreen onion
only green part
2 Tbspdark soy sauce
2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspbrown sugar
or regular sugar
1 Tbspwater
1 tspsesame oil
1 Tbspcorn starch
¼ tspwhite pepper
1 Tbspoyster sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Start by slicing your onion, carrots, cabbage, garlic, and green onion and set aside for later use.
Step 2
Time to make your sauce, place the dark soy sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, water, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper in a bowl and mix until fully combined.
Step 3
Grab an 8 oz. egg noodle packet and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water, once the noodle has been cooked run them under cold water to stop the noodles from overcooking.
Step 4
To a hot pan or wok cook your garlic, carrots, and onion for 2 minutes, then throw in your cabbage and continue cooking for 2 more minutes, after that toss in your noodles, sauce, and green onion and cook for 1 more minute, stir the noodle until they become fully coated in the sauce.
Step 5
Serve on a plate and enjoy.
