Instructions
Step 1
Take first 9 ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil. Lower flame. Close and simmer until water evaporates.
Step 2
Take ingredients in section 2. Heat oil. Lower flame. Add curry leaves & ginger. Heat on low flame until ginger browns lightly.
Step 3
Boil items in section 2 with ingredients in section 3 with 2 tsp salt.
Step 4
Add cooked vegetables. Boil on low flame for 5 min.
Step 5
Add ingredients in section 4. Simmer until the achar thickens.
