A classic recipe for a quick and delicious breakfast. "Racuchy" can be translated to apple pancakes or apple fritters. Either way, they are easy to make and are delicious. My dad loved making these!

Instructions

Step 1
Mix together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add eggs, milk and mix together.
Step 2
Peel and grate the apples, add them to the mixture. Mix well.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the pancakes until golden on both sides. You need a large spoon of batter per pancake.
