Instructions

Step 1
In a pot bring water to a boil, and add cut potatoes. once soft and almost But NOT TOO MUSHY, drain and add to a bowl with relish and salt & pepper to taste. and MIX- Trust the process. let sit uncovered on the counter for 10 minutes
Step 2
Then in a small bowl add mayo and drizzle with mustard then stir until combined good. Then add to potatoes and mix well until combined.
