Step 1
1. Add the vegetables to a pan with the oil and sauté for 10 minutes until tender. 2. Blend the walnuts, nutritional yeast, salt, maple syrup, ACV, herbs, water, & oat milk until smooth and add to the pan with the vegetables. Stir on low heat until warmed. 3. Serve with cooked pasta and the fresh chopped spinach on top.
