Step 1
1. Combine oats, protein, coffee, chia seeds, vanilla extract, 1 tbsp on maple syrup and enough water to cover in a bowl and mix well
2. Mix remaining maple syrup with yoghurt
3. Layer oats and yoghurt in a jar and place in the fridge overnight
