Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, melt the butter.
Step 2
Once the butter has melted, toss in the gnocchi and cook until they're lightly golden.
Step 3
Once the gnocchi are lightly toasted, add in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 4
Add in the pesto and quickly toss the gnocchi in the pesto.
Step 5
Lower the heat to low and add in the heavy cream.
Step 6
Toss the gnocchi in the heavy cream until the sauce becomes green from the pesto.
Step 7
Add in the cheeses and allow for them to melt.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy! (top with more parmesan cheese and black pepper)
