Instructions
Step 1
Tear up vour mushrooms and douse them in balsamic vinegar and some olive oil. Roast with salt until crispy, 200C for about 30 mins.




Step 2
Meanwhile, slice your onion into half moons and grate your garlic. Fry the onion for 5 minutes until translucent and beginning to brown then add garlic for another minute. Deglaze the pan with the wine and then add in the beans and stock.




Step 3
Bring to a boil and then gently simmer until thick, about 15-20 minutes. Stir in the nutritional yeast and then top it with your mushroom, chives and as much truffle oil as your heart desires!
