Ingredients
4 servings
4 cupsRotini noodles
dry
2 cupsbroccoli florets
2Raw Carrots
med, thinly sliced
¾ cupMayo
more if required
2 cupsPollock
flaked, more if desired
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta with a cap full of oil. Drain and set aside to cool in a bowl.
Step 2
Cut up broccoli and carrots into bite sixed pieces. Boil until tender-crisp, drain and mix into pasta.
Step 3
Break apart Pollock into bite sized pieces and mix into pasta.
Step 4
Add the (optional) sliced black olives.
Step 5
Add Hellmann’s mayo until mayo completely covers pasta.
Step 6
Add some salt and pepper to taste.
