Instructions
Step 1
Cook the orzo
Sauté tomatoes & garlic (& any other veg you fancy e.g. peppers)
Step 2
Chop herbs and capers
Zest and juice half of the lemon
Step 3
Drain orzo & beans (keeping a little of the pasta water)
Stir in all the other ingredients & season
Serve with the other half of the lemon to squeeze over
