Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pan on a medium heat. Fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the edamame beans and tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Reserve 2 tablespoons of the beans and tomatoes mixture and add what remains to a food mixer / blender.
Step 3
Blend to desired consistency and serve over toasted bread. Sprinkle over the remaining beans and tomatoes.
