recipe:
cookie dough balls:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- sprinkle of salt
- dash of vanilla
- chocolate chips
(mix together almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and vanilla. add chocolate chips and you should be able to roll into balls.)
smoothie:
- 2ish frozen bananas
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- almond milk if needed
(blend)
add together and add more chocolate chips or other toppings if wanted!

note: feel free to half this recipe! i didn’t end up eating all, very filling
