Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix ingredients together lightly. Form into roughly 2" balls.

Brown meatballs quickly over medium high heat in a little olive oil.
Step 3
Transfer to baking sheet and continue cooking in oven for 12-15 mins at 400 degrees F. Drain on paper towels.
