Instructions
Step 1
Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, lemon and garlic, reserve
Step 2
Blend half the tangerine with half the water. Pour in a pan and add the rest of the water, vinegar, honey, mango, peach and rest of the tangerine. Bring it to boil until reduced. Reserve
Step 3
In a frying pan, pour the olive oil and seal the salmon for around 3 min each side.
Step 4
Place the salmon on the plate and top it with the fruit sauce, serve with the lettuce and the side dish of your choice.
