Instructions
Step 1
Cut your chicken and chorizo (you can use sliced chorizo which you cut into small flakes) into small chunks, dice your onion as well.
Step 2
Start boiling your pasta. Complete the other steps as it boils. Once it's boiled (should take about 5-10 minutes) drain the pasta.
Step 3
In a deep pan/ pot cook your chicken, chorizo and onion together until your chicken is cooked.
Step 4
Once the chicken is cooked, put in your tomato puree/ paste and then all of your double cream. Stir lightly and bring the pan/ pot to the boil.
Step 5
Once boiling, put the chilli powder and the herbs into the pot, stirring occasionally. Let the pot simmer for a minute and then place the pasta into the pot.
Step 6
Finally, you can dish the food. You also have the option to top it with cilantro, grated parmesan (or any cheese really) or both.
