½ cuprice vinegar

3 tbpslime juice

3 tbpssoy sauce

2 tbpsyellow curry powder

4 ½ teaspoonsgarlic
minced

1 ½ teaspoonsground turmeric

1 teaspoonground ginger

½ teaspoonground cayenne pepper

½ teaspoonwasabi powder

2.5 poundsturkey breast tenderloins
cubed

Instructions
Turkey Satay Skewers
Step 1
Broiler to high, rack 8in. from top
Step 2
Mix vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, curry powder, garlic, turmeric, ginger, cayenne, and wasabi
Step 3
Combine turkey and sauce, marinade for 2 hours
Step 4
Thread turkey onto skewers
Step 5
Broil for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway
Cucumber Salad
Step 6
Slice cucumber thin rounds
Step 7
Quarter onion
Step 8
Toss cucumber onion, cilantro
Step 9
In separate bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, lime juice
Step 10
Toss dressing into the salad
Step 11
Garnish with cashews
