A vegetarian version of the wonderful egg fried rice. With a little changes you can have this flavourful bomb that everyone will love.

Instructions
Step 1
Fry the rice for 1 minute with a little bit of oil. Then add 2 cups of water and boil until ready. After that set it on a large baking tin and let it cool. *For best results you can use leftover rice*
Step 2
Slice the onion and add it to hot oil. On a high heat.
Step 3
Fry until translucent and add the carrot, peas, half of the corn and the diced pepper.
Step 4
Mix the ouster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce and the ketchup with a little bit of water and add it to the vegetables.
Step 5
After the sauce has reduced a little, add the rice and mix well. Let it fry unbothered to develop a little crust/caramelize.
Step 6
Add the sprouts and mix well. Fry for 2-3 more minutes and you are done.
Step 7
For a garnish you may add a little bit of the green part of the spring onion.
