Instructions
Step 1
Cut your cauliflower, wash it and put it in a pan. Cover the cauliflower with water.
Step 2
Bring it to a boil, add vegetables stock accordingly to the amount of water.
Step 3
Cook until the cauliflower is cooked.
Step 4
Mix with a hand blender, add pepper to taste.
Step 5
Serve. Goes very well with smoked salmon.
