Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, add flour, cornstarch, onion powder, salt, cayenne. Gradually add the water ( the consistency must be thick)
Step 2
On a plate, add the flour, cornstarch then salt. Add first the fish fillet to the wet mixture then coat it with the dry mixture. Fry until golden ( medium heat 3-5 mins each side)
Step 3
For the dipping sauce. Add in a small bowl the mayonnaise, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, dry/fresh parsley, and cream cheese
