Instructions

Step 1
Fry the above vegetables in olive oil & dark soy sauce.
Step 2
Seasons with salt, black pepper, Spanish paprika, chilli powder (if you want it super spicy use chilli flakes), garlic and parmesan.
Step 3
Optional: add some cooked rice or noodles once the veg is done cooking.
