Step 1
Chop garlic, chilli and broccoli
Step 2
Decase each sausages and cut into 4
Step 3
Grate Parmesan
Step 4
Get a generous amount of rapeseed oil to a pan (this is the base for the sauce).
Step 5
Add the chopped Chilli and Garlic to the pan while cold.
Step 6
Cook on a low heat to allow the Chilli and garlic to release oils for 3-4 mins.
Step 7
Add the sausage balls into the pan and cook through
Step 8
Boil Pasta in salted water for 10 mins.
Step 9
Add broccoli to Pasta 5 mins before the Pasta is done.
Step 10
Add 2 large spoons of pasta water into pan with sausages. Drain Pasta and broccoli then add to the pan. Stir in together and turn off the heat.
Step 11
Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese
