Instructions

Step 1
Sift the Biryani masala
Step 2
Heat up some oil, add biryani masala, turmeric powder, paprika powder and green chillies and cook for a couple mins

Add the pre-washed and soaked rice and mix it on high flame
Step 4
Add 1.5 tsp salt and 2 cups water and let it come to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat for 13-15 mins
Step 5
For garlic mayo, mix yoghurt, mayo, garlic powder and 1/4th tsp salt with some water. Add more water for runnier consistency or more garlic for a stronger flavour
Step 6
Pair the rice and garlic mayo with grilled peri peri or tikka chicken and salad
