Instructions

Step 1
In a bow mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and parmesan cheese.
Step 2
I’m a separate bowl mix together the milk and egg.
Step 3
Add the wet mixture to the dry gradually until it looks like pancake batter.
Step 4
Cut string cheese in half crosswise.
Step 5
Heat up taiyaki pan and add a little oil. Low to medium heat
Step 6
Add enough batter to one side of the pan till it slightly covers the bottom. Then add your string cheese.
Step 7
Add enough batter to the top of the string cheese just to cover it. Then close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Step 8
Flip pan after 2 minutes to cook the other side. Keep flipping every few minutes till the taiyaki is golden brown.
Step 9
Serve and eat while it’s warm.
