Instructions
Step 1
Saute 2T oil + add onion for 5 min in the instapot
Step 2
Add garlic + stir for 30 seconds
Step 3
Add rice + stir for 1 minute
Step 4
Turn off instapot
Step 5
Add remaining ingredients - all of them
Step 6
Stir it up like a Bob Marley song
Step 7
Put on the lid + cook for 8 min on the rice setting (see note)
Step 8
Let pressure release naturally for 8-10 minutes then release manually
