Step 1
In a large pan of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti.

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan, toss in the finely chopped garlic and the chilli.

Step 3
Fry the garlic and chilli a bit, add the prawns and sauté them.

Turn the prawns and sauté them on the other side. When it begins to colour, add the white wine.

When the wine evaporates a little, add the tomatoes cut in half, and simmer for a couple of minutes.

When the pasta is ready, drain it and reserve a little of the cooking water.

Add the spaghetti with the sauce, add the lemon juice, add half the chopped rocket.

Add a little of the spaghetti cooking water the sauce is too dry.
Step 9
Divide between 2 plates and sprinkle with the grated lemon zest, a bit of ground pepper and the rest of the rocket leaves.
