Ingredients

6 tablespoonsKiefer
whole milk

3 tablespoonscanola mayonnaise

2 teaspoonsfresh chives
chopped

2 teaspoonsfresh flat leaf parsley
chopped

1 teaspoonfresh dill
chopped

1 teaspoongarlic
grated

½ teaspoonblack pepper

¼ teaspoonkosher salt
divided
1 x 18 ozprecooked lentils

2 cupsfennel
shaved, divided, fronds reserved

2 tablespoonsolive oil

1 cupenglish cucumber
thinly sliced

2 x 4 ozsalmon fillets
baked, flaked, or smoked salmon
Instructions
Step 1
1. Stir together kefir, mayonnaise, tribes, parsley, deal, garlic, pepper and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small bowl
Step 2
2. Combine lentils, One Cup shaved fennel, oil and remaining salt in a bowl. Toss gently
Step 3
3. Divide lentil mixture among four bowls.
Step 4
4. Top evenly with cucumber, salmon and remaining 1 cup shaved fennel and fennel fronds
Step 5
5. Drizzle evenly with dressing and serve immediately
