Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Pulse oysters, minced garlic, and carrot until there are no large chunks.
Step 3
In large bowl, combine pureed mixture with ground beef, breadcrumbs, cream, egg, and seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Form into slightly oblong dome no higher than 4 inches on baking sheet.
Step 4
Press remaining cloves into top of loaf. Then lay bacon slices across short side of the loaf, 2 on each side, and one final strip of bacon over garlic to keep from burning.
Step 5
Bake for 40min. Peel back piece of bacon to reveal garlic tusks before serving.
