Instructions

Step 1
1. Soak dry beans in water for at least 4 hrs
Step 2
2. In a 6 quart pot heat olive oil over medium head and add jalapeño, onions, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes remebering to stir.

3. Add in spices, salt and pepper. Stir to coat vegetables.
Step 4
4. Add in Ground Turkey. Stir and chop the turkey up with a spoon to break up into small pieces.
Step 5
5. Drain beans and add to pot. Stir everything so it is evenly coated in spices.
Step 6
6. Pour in 3 cups of water and bring to a steady boil. Cover and simmer for 2hrs.
