Comfort stew to warm and fill you up on a cold winter's night. Also delicious for left overs the next day!

Instructions
Step 1
Cut beef into decent size chunks and add to pot
Step 2
Cut potatoes into quarters and add to pot
Step 3
Cut ends off carrots and then cut into quarters. Add to pot
Step 4
Add to pot beef stock, tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and wine
Step 5
Stir to cover meat and vegies
Step 6
Strip rosemary and parsley from stems and add to pot
Step 7
Add garlic, chili flakes, salt and pepper
Step 8
Stir and bring to boil
Step 9
Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for approx 2 hours making sure to check regularly
Step 10
30 mins prior to finish, add corn kernels and pasta
Step 11
Once cooked, serve with warm, buttered, crusty bread
