9/08/24: Made for Henley’s visit (Randy, Mary and Doug also here). Used mild Italian sausage found at WalMart
4/10/24: Made for Doug and Mary for our CA trip discussion. Used lean ground beef and homemade marinara (with 1 c water). Loaded up with mozzarella as I had an extra 4 oz to use up.
11/05/23: Made for Chris agin. Didn’t think to do a day ahead so cooked noodles al dente. Used double marinara with plenty of fresh basil and lots of garlic (no water). Covered with foil for 45 minutes. Uncovered then topped with some grated mozzarella and the Parmesan. Baked 15-30 more minutes.
5/21/23: Made for Chris, used lb 93% lean hamburger. Double homemade marinara recipe plus 8 oz tomato sauce. No water.
12/5/22: Used Grillers Crumbles. Worked well.
