Step 1
Melt butter in large frying pan, gently fry onion and garlic until soft. Stir paprika & cayenne into onions and cook for a few minutes. Add flour, stir and cook for a few minutes and add the tomato puree. Add stock gradually until it's thickened. Taste now to see if you need more paprika or puree then add tofu pieces. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes whilst you griddle the asparagus. Add yogurt to taste. Serve with rice.
