Ingredients
2 servings

1 teaspoonextra virgin olive oil

2garlic cloves
crushed

1red pepper
or yellow, chopped

1red onion
small, chopped

2ground turkey
palm size and thickness of

6olives
chopped finely

½ teaspoonwhite pepper

1 teaspoonmixed italian herbs

12fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoontomato purée

400gcan chopped tomatoes

1zucchini
spiralised
Instructions
Step 1
Heat your extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan on a moderate
Step 2
heat and add your garlic, pepper and onion and fry gently until they soften
Step 3
Add your turkey mince, olives, white pepper, herbs, basil leaves and tomato purée and cook until the turkey has browned.
Step 4
Next add the tinned tomatoes and give it a stir and simmer for 20 minutes
Step 5
Spiralize your courgette and dry fry in a non-stick frying pan for around one to two minutes or until it softens
Step 6
Present nicely in a pasta bowl and garnish with a sprig of basil.
