Instructions

Step 1
Fry serranos, tomatillos, jalapeños, garlic and 1/4 onion in oil and then add small amount of water and cover for about 5 min
Step 2
Add to blender with cilantro, chicken bouillon & a splash of crema with a little bit of cream cheese
Step 3
Season chicken with favorite seasoning salt, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Lightly coat it in crema
Step 4
Cook over medium high heat with a little oil, once you’ve got a good sear add a little bit of butter and flip the chicken over
Step 5
Baste chicken with butter, then reduce the heat to low and cover for 10 minutes
Step 6
Transfer the chicken and the pan juices to a bowl. Let it cool a bit then shred it
Step 7
Add a little bit of the salsa we made earlier to the shredded chicken and mix together
Step 8
Lightly fry corn tortillas in oil
Step 9
Roll cheese and chicken in tortillas and assemble into a casserole dish
Step 10
Top with remaining salsa and cheese
Step 11
Cook in oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
