Instructions

Step 1
Saute onions with olive oil and salt until almost caramelised
Step 2
Add garlic and ginger and saute for a further minute
Step 3
Reduce heat and add passata and spices
Step 4
Add vegetable stock and salt to taste, then add lentils and rice
Step 5
Cook at high pressure for 6-8 minutes, then release naturally
