Instructions
Step 1
Brown meat in Dutch oven on med high.
Step 2
Add onion, cook 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Step 3
Add garlic, cook for 2 mins until fragrant.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and cocoa.
Step 5
Reduce heat to med low, cover and cook 10 mins.
Step 6
Uncover, add beans, salt, vinegar, brown sugar, and adobo peppers and simmer 10 mins more.
Step 7
Eat.
