Instructions

Step 1
For the marinade, in a small bowl whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, half of the green onions, plus ginger, honey and red pepper flakes. Place cutlets in a large resealable plastic bag; add marinade. Seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate 5 to 6 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Step 2
Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium-high heat. Remove cutlets from marinade; discard marinade. Season with salt and pepper to taste; add to skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
Step 3
Transfer cutlets to a platter. Brush with hoisin, sprinkle with remaining green onions, and serve.
