Instructions
Step 1
Sauté 1 to 2 fresh crushed cloves of garlic (depends on how much your making) in 1 tablespoon olive oil on low - dont let it burn.
Step 2
Add all ingredients.
Step 3
Roma tomatoes, diced zucchini, butter, caldo de pollo seasoning, sweet basil (regular basil will do)
Step 4
Salt & pepper to taste
Step 5
Bring to a boil then Simmer until tomatoes reduce to a combination of a chunky sauce. While this is simmering boil pasta 🍝 Serve over pasta. Enjoy 😊
