4salmon fillets
1 cuplump crab
4garlic cloves
minced
1 cupfrozen spinach
½ cupAsiago cheese
¼ cupparmesan cheese
8 ozcream cheese
1 tspgarlic powder
2 tspold bay
1 tspcajun seasoning
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspseafood seasoning
2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
2 Tbspbutter

Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2
First season your salmon fillets with the above seasonings listed. Make sure all filets are covered with the seasonings then add your salmon to fridge uncovered to cure for about 30 minutes.

Next add your cream cheese, cooked spinach, lump crab, Asiago cheese, and Parmesan cheese to a bowl and mix until well combined. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.

Take your salmon fillets out the fridge and make a deep cut in the middle of the fillet. Make sure the cut is deep but do not cut all the way through the fillet. Next stuff your spinach crab cheese inside of the fillet.

Add your oil and butter to hot skillet on medium heat and add your stuffed salmon fillets. Sear on both sides and add your fillets to a 375 degree oven for 7 minutes. Take out and enjoy over rice or potatoes.
