Instructions
Step 1
Shredd the carrots. Chop up the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and celery.





Step 2
Saute. Add salt and spices. Saute till carrots seem soft/crisp and onions are golden brown.




Step 3
Start cooking couscous

Step 4
Add tomato paste and cilantro to the veggie pan. Let it simmer till couscous is ready.

Step 5
Mix everything together.
